Moses is a civil engineer with over 13 years of experience across the design, project management and construction delivery of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. He has led projects across Southern Africa, combining technical oversight and site management, and has over the years developed a deep understanding of buildability, quality assurance, and cost discipline.
As the Managing Director of Nyumba Developments, Moses holds the overall responsibility for managing the company and serves as the custodian of operational excellence. He is responsible for delivering on the company’s vision and for ensuring consistent execution in line with Nyumba Developments long-term strategic direction.
His experience in senior management roles, together with strong relationships across the construction ecosystem and municipal stakeholders, set the foundations to the company’s ability to deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes with discipline and consistency
Neldjé is a project development professional with a multidisciplinary experience across the initiation, development, construction, and operation of large-scale renewable energy infrastructure projects in Sub-Saharan Africa. His background spans from electrical engineering, project development, and sustainable development, which has enabled him to operate across projects with multidisciplinary environments in sub-Saharan Africa.
Neldjé brings a people- and stakeholder-oriented approach to leadership, with a strong focus on building a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
At Nyumba Developments, he is responsible for business and corporate development, investment structuring, and capital raising, while also supporting strategic decision-making and risk management. He plays a key role in shaping the company’s long-term direction and embedding a values-driven culture aligned with sustainability and enduring value creation.
Zohra is an entrepreneur with practical experience in building and managing businesses in the food and service sectors. She brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to operations, administration, and organisational coordination.
At Nyumba Developments, Zohra is responsible for office management, statutory compliance, and the establishment of internal systems and processes that support disciplined execution. Working closely with the Managing Director, she helps ensure that strong operational foundations, governance practices, and administrative controls are in place to enable effective delivery and long-term organisational stability.
In addition, Zohra contributes to strategic development by analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and shape strategic direction. She brings a contemporary perspective to property development with cutting‑edge property design thinking.
